FEES & INSURANCE

Fees and payment details, with sliding scale availability for eligible clients.

Payment is due at the time of service, and you’ll receive a superbill you may submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private pay also means:

  • Full confidentiality — no diagnoses required to be submitted to insurance companies

  • No authorization delays — you decide when and how often to attend therapy

  • More control — sessions are between you and your therapist, not a third party

Insurance & Superbills

While I do not bill insurance directly, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their insurance's out-of-network benefits.

After each session, you'll receive a superbill — a detailed receipt that includes:

Service date and session length

Provider credentials and tax ID

Diagnosis code (if applicable)

Payment amount

You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The amount reimbursed depends on your specific plan's out-of-network coverage.
